HOW TO REACH US BY PLAIN: the nearest airports are those of Genoa and Pisa that are about 100 kms far. BY CAR: to reach Volastra, the nearest exit is the motorway tollgate of La Spezia (A12 Genova-Livorno or A15 Parma-La Spezia). When you arrive in the city centre, follow the directions towards the Cinque Terre and the Coast road called Litoranea (SP370). After about 18 kms, pass the crossroad for Riomaggiore, and drive on until you find the crossroad to Volastra, follow the directions towards Volastra which is about 2 kms far. BY TRAIN the nearest railway station is that of Manarola in which stop all the regional trains. To reach Manarola, you have to take a train in La Spezia towards Monterosso - Sestri Levante - Genova. From Manarola there is a service bus-shuttle of the National Park which connects the railway Station to Volastra and that makes several daily runs (infos tel. 0187 920 714). For the map click here |
